Sockeye Salmon Whole Fillets

Sustainably caught and handled with care, each fish is pressure bled, hand-filleted, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen to lock in peak freshness and sashimi-grade quality. Sockeye is prized for its vibrant red color, firm texture, and clean, rich flavor, with a naturally lean profile packed with omega-3s, high-quality protein, and essential nutrients. Bake it, grill it, sear it, or enjoy it raw!
Each fillet is a whole sockeye salmon side, ranging from 1-2 lbs and individually vacuum packed for convenience. A 10 lb order would contain between 5 and 10 whole sides. A typical stand up freezer could fit over 60 lbs, though we recommend chest freezers for optimal storage and consistently lower temperatures.
Our fish stays fresh in the freezer for over a year, so stock up and enjoy wild Alaskan fish all year round!
