10 whole fillets of flash frozen, sustainably sourced, sashimi grade wild Alaskan Sockeye salmon. Each fillet is approximately 1.5 lbs and will feed 4-6 people. These are great for family dinners, hosting bbqs, or making your own smoked salmon. It will stay fresh in your freezer for over a year. Bake it, grill it, sear it or eat it raw!
